My complaint is more about the vibrate feature than about the ringer volume. More often than not, I have to have the ringer turned off because having it on at work is frowned upon, then I forget to turn it back on. With my Blackjack, I was able to set calendar entries which would turn the ringer off during working hours, and back on after. This made my life MUCH easier because it was off when I needed it off, and I didn't have to think about it on a daily basis, or "get into the habit" of turning it on or off as I am coming or going to and from work.

It's the little things... Most of those little things are great though... I think this is my only pet peeve about my iPhone that I can't work around as easily as I would like.

I use the old-time classic bell ring tone, and it's plenty loud...I have to turn it DOWN in crowded restaurants to avoid getting "the stare".
