When I started on Medifast, I had high hopes, but low expectations. Nothing I tried before had worked. However, I’m now 2 full months in, and here are a few statistics:

In short, I’ve been following the diet, almost to the letter – slipping up every so often, but over all, hitting my goals. I was happily surprised this week with a 4 lb boost that all of our time at the parks and skating did! I can’t wait to do more!
As of today, I am 1/3 of the way to my goal, and have 3 months left on the diet to complete that goal. While it’s a lot of time, I’ve also wasted some time by not exercising enough and not quite sticking with the goals. This is something that I’m really trying to change, so I can see a better me.
I have to thank my family though, for making me get out and do what needs to be done, even on days that I just don’t feel like it. I wouldn’t have gone roller skating, or wanted to buy new skates if it weren’t for them pushing me just a little this week – THANK YOU!
